I made the raw buckwheat breakfast before heading out on my hike. I added soaked almonds, frozen cherries, the unflitered coconut
milk, a soaked date. Its amazing and I'm eating it on the way to the hike. Packed soaked seeds and almonds along with brown rice cakes. 5 Clementines just for kicks. Turns out that was a great breakfast. We climbed the side of a mountain and hiked down the other side and I wasn't hungry! Good fuel and good to know for next time. I had left over veggie stir fry and made a quick spinach soup. I used about 2 cups bone chicken broth I made tossed in a pound of spinach from the farmers market and a couple scoops of the cauliflower mash to 'cream' it. I let the spinach wilt and then blended it. A great little meal! Not sure about dinner tonight. Ill post pictures after work too!
