Still alive at 5!

Soooo this morning I was on full smoothie mode as I wanted to make a yoga class. After class I had a client so I just finished my first non blended food of the day. Which was left overs! You guessed it. If you're gonna cook cook for 8. Freeze half in different portion sizes and then have leftovers in the fridge for a quick lunch the next day. I didn't even bother with the quinoa pasta I just ate the sauce with a slice of that amazing bread from Two Bits.

Tonight we're expecting another busy night. I'm hoping we don't run out of beet salad again, I need my fix and the beets pickling in my fridge aren't quite ready yet! Not that that stops me from trying them a few times a day ;)

I've hit my first hard day. It appears that I'm not alive at 5! I had a slight headache going into work and I realized it's been a full 5 days that I've had no caffeine not even green tea, and no sugar. The restaurant was slammed and I really could have gone for a coffee with a little coconut macaroon on the side half way through. But I willed myself to say no, then no to a birthday carrot cake! AHHH!!! I definitely over ate at dinner but it was pretty simple

Tomorrow's gotta be a veggie day. I'll get creative!
