So I was all excited this morning to have one of my favorite breakfasts ever. Hardboiled eggs on toast with butter. Seriously amazing. I buy my eggs from the farmers market. When they are fresh they make the best poached eggs ever. As they age they become perfect for hard boiling. This is why if you've bought eggs from the grocery store they don't poach well. They have to be super fresh. Also eggs from free range non soy fed chickens have higher levels of Omega-3s so get in there!
*These are the types of things I'll be happy to share with you as a part of my program! Just email me for a free Health History :)

I put my eggs on to boil and pulled out my sprouted bread. I knew it was approaching the end of it's life but I guess time flew by when I wasn't looking. It was green and fuzzy bread. If I was in a Dr. Suess book I may have been able to work with that but alas I'm not.
I ran down to Two Bits in my pajamas. I need bread I cried! Then I had to explain about my cleanse, it can't have any white flour or sugar in it. I love this place so much. Two options both all organic, sprouted grains full of amazing! I'm going to take a picture when I leave for work of the ingredients list. No pockets in my pj's for my phone!
Now I'm waiting for my bread to turn into toast, drinking my dandelion root tea and letting my organic grass fed butter soften. A few turns of the peppermill and a sprinkle of pink salt and my favorite breakfast is ready!
Later: creative lunch, my pantry is getting very limited...

My pasta. Two ingrediants

Tomatoes in a box. BPA free and nothing but tomatoes

Tomato paste, in a tube. BPA free and nothing but Tomatoes!
So lunch was quinoa pasta with a veggie sauce.
I made a salsa verde for dinner. I took it to work with me and had a piece of fish with the salsa on it a huge side of collards an avocado and a bowl of black beans with salsa. It was a yummy day! I'll post the recipe for the salsa in the Recipies section!
