Another day!

Well here we are another morning in cloudy LA. I'm pretty sure when I moved her I was told there would be more sun. Ah well. Busy day ahead of me, so I'm gonna get right to it.

Last nights dinner:
beet and avocado salad
brown rice with black beans
collard greens
a few shrimp, cause Leo the guy who basically does everything in the kitchen can't stand to see me not eat more. "Flaca" he says, "no you can not have just beets and greens, you must have more, fish or camarones."  If only I could find a man that takes care of me the way Leo does!

Today I'm running to a show with a friend and then a call with another student and then work. So today will be a quick assembly day. I'm thinking soup for breakfast and that should finish it off. Hummus and a salad for lunch, and dinner will probably be a carbon copy of last night, but if it's as busy as we think it will be I may indulge! We shall see...

It was just as busy if not busier! I added a small pork burger to dinner last night. Ate all my greens and veggies first, with a large side of cabbage. But yea, had to have that tasty little guy with all my veggies!
